Erica Rabins is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, specializing in Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Panic Disorder, Teen Issues, Parent-Child Relational Issues, and Self-Growth.

She has an undergraduate degree from UCLA and a Masters from Antioch University Los Angeles. Erica has received specialized training at UCLA’s Intense Treatment Program for OCD where she volunteered for a year and has completed internships at The Early Child Parenting Center, Philips Counseling Center, Helen Reid Parenting Center at Providence Hospital, Counseling Partners of Los Angeles, and Valley Detox Center.

Erica tailors her work to meet the unique needs of each individual. She uses an integrative, holistic approach to therapy, drawing from methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Her focus is on fostering a deep understanding of the mind-body connection and cultivating a healthy relationship with emotions and bodily sensations through somatic techniques, mindfulness, and meditation practices. Known for her unwavering support and empathetic demeanor, she strives to create a nurturing environment for her clients to explore and grow.

Erica is passionate about empowering pre-teens to build confidence, self-esteem, and a sense of support as they navigate life’s complexities. With her guidance, they gain a deeper understanding of their emotions and develop a stronger connection to their bodies, all within a safe and nurturing environment where they’re encouraged to express themselves freely.
