Delia C. Udrea, MS, LMFT is a licensed psychotherapist dedicated to fostering a warm and nurturing therapeutic environment where clients can gain insight, embrace change, and achieve mental clarity. With extensive clinical experience spanning private practice, outpatient clinics, and psychiatric hospitals, Delia brings a wealth of expertise to her clients’ therapeutic journey.
For more than 15 years, she held a faculty position, working as clinical instructor and mental health clinician at USC Keck School of Medicine in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Health Care. There, Delia honed her skills and knowledge in treating anxiety disorders (such as OCD and GAD) and mood disorders. She is an active member of the International OCD Foundation (IOCDF) and a graduate of the Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI), having received additional training from the Albert Ellis Institute for Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT).
Delia’s approach to therapy integrates evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and REBT. In recent years, she has expanded her therapeutic repertoire to incorporate holistic modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and mindfulness practices. Delia also offers Inner Child release work, facilitating the gentle processing of unresolved childhood issues and traumas.
